Terms of Service

These terms govern access to Fridge’s kitchen, recipe, community, household, AI, and subscription services.

1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms form an agreement between you and Pushed LLC. By creating an account or using Fridge, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 and legally able to enter this agreement. If you use Fridge for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

2. Your account

Provide accurate information, protect access to your device and sign-in methods, and notify us of unauthorized activity. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Do not sell, transfer, impersonate, or create accounts to evade enforcement or obtain improper promotions.

You retain ownership of recipes, photos, videos, and other content you submit. You grant Pushed LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and technically modify that content only as needed to operate, promote, secure, and improve Fridge. Public posts may be viewed and shared by other users. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the content and that it does not infringe another person’s rights.

You may remove your content through available controls. Copies may remain temporarily in backups, reports, or records required for safety, disputes, or law.

5. Community conduct

You must follow the Community Guidelines. Do not post dangerous food guidance, harassment, unlawful content, spam, deceptive promotions, malware, or content that violates privacy, copyright, trademark, or other rights. We may review reports and hide content, limit features, suspend accounts, or preserve evidence when reasonably necessary.

6. AI-assisted features

AI output is a suggestion for your review and may misidentify products, quantities, dates, ingredients, restrictions, or recipe steps. Nothing is added, published, or treated as safe merely because an AI system suggested it. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting outputs before relying on or publishing them.

7. Plans, trials, and billing

The checkout screen identifies the seller and billing provider, price, renewal interval, trial terms, taxes where applicable, and included features before purchase. A plan preview inside Fridge is not a purchase, entitlement, trial, or promise of access. Paid access begins only after the billing provider confirms the entitlement. Unless the purchase screen states otherwise, subscriptions automatically renew until canceled through the same provider used to purchase them.

Before Fridge activates paid billing, it will configure the available billing provider tools to give a clear trial-ending or renewal reminder where supported and legally required. Store or provider notices may be delivered separately from Fridge notices. You remain able to view the renewal date and manage the subscription through the original billing provider.

Deleting the Fridge app or account does not cancel Apple, Google, or Stripe billing. You must cancel through the original billing provider. Access may continue through the paid period after cancellation. Refunds are controlled by the purchase channel, applicable law, and the terms shown at purchase. Fridge will not intentionally unlock paid features solely from a browser or device setting.

Promotions may include eligibility, expiration, redemption, geographic, plan, and account limits. Only one promotion applies unless an offer expressly permits stacking. We may reject self-referrals, duplicate or fraudulent accounts, refunded or disputed purchases, and other activity that does not satisfy the stated offer.

8. Family households

Family members use separate accounts. Authorized members may change shared inventory, shopping lists, and household meal information. The household owner is responsible for membership and billing decisions. Personal profiles, interests, follows, and private content remain separate except where Fridge clearly identifies information as shared.

9. Fridge property

Fridge, its software, designs, branding, and non-user content belong to Pushed LLC or its licensors. These Terms grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use Fridge for its intended purpose. You may not reverse engineer, scrape, disrupt, resell, or bypass access, payment, security, or usage controls except where law expressly permits.

10. Availability and termination

Features may change, experience interruptions, or be discontinued. You may stop using Fridge and request account deletion. We may restrict or terminate access for material violations, fraud, safety threats, legal requirements, or conduct that harms Fridge or its users. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to appeal through support.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fridge is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Pushed LLC is not responsible for spoiled food, allergic reactions, cooking outcomes, health decisions, user content, third-party services, or losses caused by relying on estimates or suggestions. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Changes and contact
